Policies &
Procedures

  • A: If you arrive more than 5 minutes late for a 15 minute appointment, or 10 minutes late for a 30 minute appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for other patients.

  • A: Missed appointments without prior notice may result in a no-show fee. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. We understand that emergencies happen, but if you accumulate three or more no-shows, you may be subject to dismissal from the practice.

  • A: We accommodate walk-ins for urgent care needs, but we recommend calling ahead to ensure availability.
