A: We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We are closed on weekends and major holidays.

Appointments

A: We recommend calling as soon as possible to schedule routine visits. Same-day appointments may be available for urgent needs.

A: Yes, we offer telehealth appointments for certain conditions. Contact us to see if your visit qualifies for virtual care.

A: We try our best to accommodate walk-ins for acute care needs, however we recommend calling ahead to ensure availability.

A: To reschedule, call our office at least 24 hours before your scheduled time, or log into our patient portal.
Appointments that are rescheduled or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, will be subject to a $35 fee. This policy helps us keep appointments available for other patients who may be waiting to be seen.

A: If you arrive 5 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. If your appointment is rescheduled due to a late arrival, there will be a $35 rescheduling fee. This is the most respectable way to keep the provider on time and allow for patients to have their full scheduled appointment time.

A: If you miss your scheduled appointment without notifying our office at least 24hrs in advance, you will be charged a $35 no-show fee. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future scheduling or dismissal from the practice.

A: Yes, we provide routine vaccinations for children following the American Academy of Pediatrics schedule.
**For Patients with Medicaid:
Due to Medicaid policies and regulations, we are unable to provide vaccinations on-site for patients with Medicaid coverage. Medicaid patients who need vaccinations will be referred to their local health department. -
A: We strictly follow the American Academy of Pediatrics guidelines for immunizations to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients and community.
Due to the immunization we have in stock, if your child requires special accommodations or a modified immunization schedule, we may recommend seeking care at a pediatric-specific clinic that can better address your individual needs.
